تبرع إسباني بمعدات طبية لمستشفى ميس الجبل


للمساعدة في تحسين المرافق الطبية في جنوب لبنان ، ساهمت المملكة الإسبانية في تطوير المستشفى المحلي في ميس الجبل من خلال التبرع بجهاز تنفس اصطناعي وجهاز تنفس إضافي لوحدة العناية المركزة.

أقيم حفل افتتاح المشروع يوم الثلاثاء. وقد حضر الحفل رئيس قسم العلاقات العامة ال G9 لليونيفيل في القطاع الشرقي المقدم د. بيدرو مورو جوارديا جنبا" الى جنب مع مدير المستشفى ، السيد حسين علي ياسين ورئيس بلدية ميس الجبل ورئيس بلدية بليدا. كما وحضر الحفل عدد من ضباط اليونيفيل في القطاع الشرق وضباط الكتيبة الإسبانية.

اما المشروع فهو عبارة عن تركيب جهاز تنفس ذاتي والتبرع بجهاز تنفس إضافي لوحدة العناية المركزة في قسم الأطفال حديثي الولادة. هذا المشروع تم بتمويل من المملكة الإسبانية وبلغت تكلفته الاجمالية 30.000 دولار ، حيث بلغت تكلفة كل جهاز تنفس 15.000 دولار.

وفي كلمته ، صرح مدير المستشفى ، السيد حسين علي ياسين ، بأن "هذا المشروع سيعزز قدرة المستشفى على تقديم علاج أفضل للمرضى". كما وأعرب عن شكره للمملكة الإسبانية.

وأشار المقدم د. بيدرو مورو جوارديا إلى أنه "من الضروري توفير أعلى مستوى من الرعاية الصحية للسكان المحليين و المملكة الإسبانية ستساعد بأي طريقة ممكنة للمساهمة في تحسين الرعاية الصحية" كما وشكر الشعب اللبناني على مساعدة قوات اليونيفيل في إنجاز مهامها.

بالتنسيق الوثيق مع السلطات المحلية ، تقوم اليونيفيل بانتظام بتقديم المساعدة للسكان المحليين من خلال برامج تدريبية ، ومشاريع سريعة الأثر ، ومساعدات إنسانية للمساهمة في تحسين المجتمعات المحلية ضمن منطقة عملياتها في جنوب لبنان.

SPANISH KINGDOM DONATES MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO HOSPITAL IN MEISS EL JEBEL

To help improve the medical facilities in the South of Lebanon, the Spanish Kingdom has contributed to develop the Local Hospital in Meiss el Jebel by installing an autonomous respirator and donating a supplementary respirator in the ICU.

An opening ceremony was conducted on Tuesday. UNIFIL Sector East G9 Chief Lieutenant Colonel D. PEDRO MORRO GUARDIA along with Director of the Hospital, Mr. HUSSEIN ALI YASSINE and Mayor of Meiss el jebel and Blida, attended the ceremony. Other officers from UNIFIL Sector East and UNIFIL Spanish Battalion were also present for the ceremony.

The project consists of installing an autonomous respirator and donating a supplementary respirator in the neonate ICU. This project was funded by the Kingdom of Spain and costed 30.000 $, with each respirator costing 15.000$.

The director of the Hospital, Mr. HUSSEIN ALI YASSINE stated that “this project will enhance the capability of the hospital to impart better treatment to the patients. I convey my thanks to the Spanish kingdom”.

Lieutenant Colonel D. PEDRO MORRO GUARDIA quoted “it is imperative that the highest quality of healthcare be made available to the local residents and the Spanish Kingdom will help in whatever way possible” and thanked to Lebanese people to help UNIFIL to accomplish its mission.

In close coordination with local authorities, UNIFIL regularly provides assistance to the local population with training programmes, quick impact projects and humanitarian aid to contribute to the betterment of the local communities within UNIFIL’s area of operation in South Lebanon.
